After a reboot of Toushirou, bacula-fd daemon on Toushirou seems unreachable from Korutopi:

Bacula-fd was listening on 127.0.1.1 instead of

Workaround (not tested because test need to restart toushirou):
use overrides of insserv, adding $network to Required-Start:
