We decided to stick to Jessie and use backports.
From the release notes i see a few things to take care of:- acpid conflict with logind, should be removed (we have no specific configuration)
- we should port our home-made init scripts to systemd
- switch to systemd with sysv compatibility
- switch to MariaDB (can be defered a bit)

Now using rslave mount option for storage relocation using bind mounts, because for this we often need to alter thing on one end without unmounting everywhere.

Init scripts which have been modified:
- Orfeo:
- /etc/init.d/imapproxy: added dovecot in Should-Start, should be best handled by systemd
- /etc/init.d/minbif: net.ipv6.bindv6only workaround, but this sysctl default was finaly rejected; also added a sleep, probably a race condition, hope it would work better on systemd
Then, removed /etc/sysctl.d/bindv6only.conf on Orfeo, and also Toushirou.

Toushirou and Orfeo have rebooted and switched to systemd.
