ISC DLV is closing, so we should check if all zones are all-right. I think we're late for some rollovers too.

Rollovers ongoing nicely. The procedure has been rewritten in the wiki.

ISC is in fact removing zones resolving from the root at the end of 2015 and will keep the rest until the end of 2016; so we're keeping the reverse zones until Hivane is able to provide DNSSEC.
