Description
I'm fed-up with e107, and by the time it may be a security risk to keep this old software (not updated since ages).
Tasks:- decide if we stick on using webgen (generated content is great, and static pages are sufficient for such an institutional site and have no security-risk at all)
- choose a Free and simple/clean base-theme to customize
- work on the logo (with Gorou)
- reorganize content

Kept webgen, and created a complete theme (templates+CSS). Gorou made nice logos and images. The content has been heavily reworked, even if soon it may change when the Users Wiki is more used. Also, links would change when MilkyPond has got a website too.
The website is now satisfying. Created a subproject and git repository. Only minor bugfixing should remain, so closing this issue.
