Description

It seems to work well on Orfeo, so now let's try it on Elwing and Toushirou.

It is installed and tuned on all 3 servers. Seems to really improve php load a bit.

I left memcached on toushirou for other usages (dicod, mediawiki, and user needs), as it is a good software too (perhaps better for storing cache data).
