During FOSDEM 2017, we were using the Android Telegram client (Free Software) but the Telegram server isn't free software. An alternative service based on free software is required. Required features: * nice mobile client for Android * TLS Nice to have: * end to end encryption * Debian packages * not implemented using PHP Constraints: * not implemented using Java
