* Mail rework:
** SPAM system being changed (DSPAM->Rspamd)
** retraining by mail was unused, removed (using IMAP Junk folder is much simpler anyway)
** retraining using the web interface was mostly unused too and the new system does not provide a user interface, so it is deprecated
