The plugin seems to be ugly: config needs to be done in the source code...
Gitosis seems not to be able to handle a repository hierarchy but only a flat list of repositories in the same directory. I need to check because i can't find anything about it in the documentation but the previous solution made by the same guy was able to handle it.
Gitolite seems more poweful and still maintained, but there's no Redmine plugin for it.
