Description
This location is deprecated and replaced by /etc/apache2/{conf-available,conf-enabled}
.
We should check the content of this directory and if the global configuration still includes this location (it should not because it did not allow to select easily which config to accept and not all are to be activated on all vhosts) before purging.

On Toushirou, I backported phppgadmin 5.1+ds-3 from unstable ; this adds a few fixes but also adapt the configuration file path too.
I was then able to check and purge the old directory on all web servers.
