To achieve that, I removed it from the packaging of 0.9.0~rc3-1. Unfortunately the systemd service file fails because the test has no default value for the variable. Could you adopt a default value like is done in @bip_env.sh@ `bip_env.sh` please? Reference: Debian policy chapter 9.3.3.1
