- fixed timesheet_plugin, see redmine_timesheet_plugin_visible_by_obsolete.patch
- recreated missing dbconfig-common settings in /etc/dbconfig-common/redmine/instances (due to previous manual installation when the package did not exist)
- updated admin doc
