Description

I got the following error with this configuration:

[Mon Sep 26 21:12:48 2011] [warn] proxy: No protocol handler was valid for the URL /http-bind. If you are using a DSO version of mod_proxy, make sure the proxy submodules are included in the configuration using LoadModule.

HTTP destinations work pretty well.
