When you edit the group name, you can see "Été vert". So i created a new group for test called "Été vert test", and if you edit it afterwards, you do not get HTML entities. So i wonder how you obtained this HTML entity; did you entered it manually ?

Yes the HTML entity was entered manually : problem was non-existent.
(real problem of user was : "How can i write an uppercase accented letter ?")
