Migration done on all servers. We can easily revert using a2{en,dis}mod to switch ssl and gnutls modules (restart needed).

Six long years later #250 is not fixed and upstream does not seem to really care. We are now using the `httpd` Ansible role from OSAS which uses libssl and works well, so we're going to stop all efforts around this subject.
