Description
I'm testing out bip 0.9.0-rc.1 on Fedora at present. After building a 0.9.0-rc.1 package (cleanly) and updating the system, bip simply fails to start, with a fairly cryptic error about a dh.pem file that cannot be read.
As far as I can tell, bip is expecting the user to generate some Diffie-Hellman params using openssl dhparam and will simply flat fail to start until they do. This seems unexpected and a bit unnecessary. Couldn't this behaviour be improved?
As it stands, this is rather tricky for distribution packaging to deal with.
