I plan to change ISP to try hosting Orfeo-NG (see #537), so let's see how it goes. The choice has been made and I now need to proceed with the paperwork.

It's a tad better, nothing wonderful.
It seems running the speedtest from inside results in several stale times both during download and upload, so I need to investigate.
