At the end of a dist-upgrade:

W: APT had planned for dpkg to do more than it reported back (1380 vs 1390).
   Affected packages: texlive-latex-recommended:amd64

It seems to not be a problem according to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apt/+bug/1647638

Forgot eggdrop, installed tcl8.5 and used the old package (not much difference) and it is up again.
