Description
As we were not yet able to get new hardware for it (see #537), let's track here the possibilities.
It would be better to have this hosted outside places where our infra lies.

Nicecity-NG is online. Deployment of the rules is done (with some fixes IIRC).
Pilou needs to plug the old disk to give me access to the old database.

It has been up and running for around a month but forgot to close.
The pollers have difficulties handling the load but it's way better than before and the UI works fine.
Tuning is outside of this ticket though.
