Description
DSPAM keeps lots of data for learning and all the removed accounts did not have their DSPAM counterpart removed, this would probably reduce somewhat the database.
It is not necessary to write a script to automate this as DSPAM is end of life (see #435). So no report either is necessary, just cleaning is enough.
