Description

NTPsec seems to have more open development and more care for security, so it could be an interesting replacement.

Chrony has made a lot of progress and is able to act as server nicely.

I checked our NTP Pool stats and for Orfeo the score was 20 for IPv4 and strangely only 14 for IPv6. Now it's 20 and 16.2 and it seems to be climbing. So the goal is reached and we're now using the same software everywhere,which is simpler.
