Description

Bip should have an function that bip does not backlog Messages and Create log files for user defined usernames.

1 new option in the Config is needed. "dontlog"

Example:
dontlog="spamserv,Nickserv,Authserv,userABC"

So if spamserv,Nickserv,Authserv or userABC sends me one PM, the Message is not backlogged and no Logfile for this User is written.
