Description

mimi reported on IRC having problems with on_connect_send.

2014-06-25 20:50:50 <?mimi > but often bip is joining channels before the on connect send command is completed
2014-06-25 20:51:04 <?mimi > that leads to my nick and original domain joining a channel
2014-06-25 20:51:09 <?mimi > and shortly after
2014-06-25 20:51:23 <?mimi > the nick again joining with the unaffiliated domain

I guess joining a restricted channel should be problematic too.
