Added CISCO-specific informations (CPU, Memory, Temperature).

The CISCO-ENVMON-MIB::ciscoEnvMonMIB part of the MIB is supported but unfortunately the indexes are missing, so i had to work around (using ciscoEnvMonTemperatureStatusDescr for eg).

It is being tested.
