SMART ATA and SAS infos have been added and are being tested.

Servers' CPU temps have been added and are being tested.

Added CISCO-specific informations (CPU, Memory, Temperature).
The CISCO-ENVMON-MIB::ciscoEnvMonMIB part of the MIB is supported but unfortunately the indexes are missing, so i had to work around (using ciscoEnvMonTemperatureStatusDescr for eg).
It is being tested.

Added 3ware RAID UNIT disco and status.
Added SNMP OSPF and BGP for Hivane (and made a few fixes in the CISCO template).
Almost everything listed here was done.
From now on, TODOs are to be handled in subtasks, this task shows history and act as a central point of information.
Zabbix was replaced by Prometheus and missing items are tracked in #743 now.
